How to Use
Step 1: Pick Your FOCUS
The key to this is to choose ONE thing you want to focus on. Chances are, there are lots of things you want to change but working on more than one is just going to add more stress. So just pick ONE thing that you either want to add to your life, such as getting more sleep, or have less of in your life, such as taking some things out of your schedule.
Step 2: Choose a BLEND
What emotion do you think will help you with your focus? If you are trying to exercise more, maybe you'll want to use Motivation. Or if you are working on going with the flow, in which case you should grab some Patience!
Step 3: Find your MANTRA
Choose a mantra, affirmation or phrase that will support your FOCUS. For adding more exercise, that could be something like "I love taking care of my body." If you are trying to work on people pleasing, your mantra could be "My needs are just as important as others." Find something that you believe and feels good when you say it.
Put it all together!
With your FOCUS in mind, use your BLEND of choice and repeat your MANTRA.
